Senior Transformation & Transitions Director with 30+ years of international leadership experience delivering large-scale organisational change, enterprise transitions, and operational optimisation across EMEA and APAC. Proven track record supporting Tier-1 clients including Amazon, HSBC, Facebook, Intel, and J.P. Morgan Chase.

Specialised in complex, multi-country transitions and mobilisation programmes, aligning senior stakeholders and leading end-to-end change in multicultural environments. Recognised for stabilising high-value accounts, improving service delivery, and embedding robust governance frameworks that enhance performance and client satisfaction.

A qualified Adult Education Teacher with early involvement in the development of the National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ) framework in 1980’s through the National Council for Vocational Qualifications (NCVQ) in England. This background underpins a people-centred approach to change, capability building, and sustainable transformation.
