Project & Programme Manager for software development and telecommunications who has delivered over 80 commercial projects & programmes across Europe, Asia and the United States. Experienced in both the private and public sectors and in a wide range of business sectors, including Utilities, Transport, Manufacturing, Logistics & Distribution, Financial Services, Defence, Police, Technology and Motorsport. Larry is a Full Member of the Association for Project Management (MAPM) and a visiting lecturer in Project Management at City University (London), University of Sunderland & Oxford Brookes University. Co-founder of EZPS.co.uk, an online Project & Portfolio Management System.
