I have delivered savings, service and efficiency benefits for a wide variety of organisations within the UK and globally having led and a diverse range of procurement (including OJEU) facilities, property and efficiency projects.

I have delivered for many Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 organisations as well as national, regional and local government, high profile public events and companies within a range of business sectors.

My wide-ranging knowledge, leadership skills and innovative thinking enable me to develop and deliver robust and sustainable business led FM strategies that support overall corporate objectives. As well as expert knowledge in facilities management, property and business support services I also have experience in a wide range of other business areas. I fully understand the positive impact of the successful FM and business support services on core organisational objectives – they are a powerful enabler.

I have deep understanding in customer satisfaction with specific emphasis on the cultural, social, people and customer expectation issues and the impacts associated with them.
